You can then process the order or follow up. As the order status gets updated, the change is immediately reflected in the parents portal.

School24 provides you with your own secure admin portal where you can manage products and orders from any computer with an internet connection.
Full access to the catalog
We provide you with catalog management tools to help you set up products and attributes easily. We give you full access to the catalog where you can add, edit, delete any product at anytime. If a product runs out, you can make it unavailable for ordering and enable it when it becomes available again.
Easy Order management
We provide you with all the tools you need to manage orders. As an order gets placed, it immediately shows in the order management page. From there you can update its status so it's easy to track.
Payment Options
You can configure payment options the way it works best for your school. You can enable or disable credit card payments and cash on pickup. You can also give parents the option to pay for the goods using online banking if this option suits.
Checkout
Order checkout is intuitive and easy to complete. Depending on the payment method setup by the administrator, parents can pay for the goods using credit card online banking or cash on pickup. Parents are able to select the delivery method: pickup or deliver to classroom (by providing class name and student name) which gets printed on the order slip.
