Volunteers view and select to help for unfilled shifts online
Once you setup your roster, the parents can see it online when they log into their portal.
Any changes or new filled spots in the roster are automatically reflected and can be viewed by the administrators and the volunteers.
Volunteers can view available shifts, the number of volunteers still required and who is on each shift. They can then choose to volunteer for any shift by a simple click of a mouse.
Let the volunteers cover for each other online
If a volunteer can't serve at one of his or her scheduled shifts, he or she clicks "Request swap" next to that time slot. Other volunteers then can view all swap requests and easily accept any request by a simple mouse click.
By allowing shift swaps, canteens or rosters administrators will have less stress trying to find a replacement for unfilled shifts.
