About the volunteers roster

  The Volunteers Rostering System is offered as part of our School24 solution. Schools can choose to use the volunteers online roster as a stand alone application or as part of the online ordering system.

Here are some of the features:

•   Canteen or roster managers set up their canteen shifts and the number of volunteers required for each shift.
•   Parent can login to their volunteer space portal, view the yearly roster and volunteer to help in a suitable shift where volunteers are still needed.
•   The parents can view who is rostered for each shift/day and can choose to register for any shift they like for any day of the year.

  By providing this space for volunteers, the responsibility of canteen volunteering is shifted to school parents rather than being a canteen manager’s responsibility. It makes it easy to volunteer without phoning or emailing the canteen coordinator.
