Is there any set up necessary to run School24?
Since School24 is a web based solution, there is nothing to install or other technical stuff to worry about.
All you need is a computer with an internet connection and you are set to go.
We also have an iPhone Web App which enables parents to order using their iPhones.
What sort of equipment does the canteen need?
A computer with internet connection.
A deskjet or laser printer.
A DYMO label printer for printing lunch labels.
How can this solution reduce the number of volunteers?
Since the counting of money and the tallying of orders are automated, the number of steps to prepare the lunches will be reduced, hence less people are needed to action these processes.
How long does it take to setup an account for my school?
Once we verify your school, we will setup an account for you. You can then start setting up your online tuckshop or uniform shop and invite school parents or students to start trialling it..
It can take from a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on how ready you are.
