Our principles
Healthy kids
We encourage healthy eating by adding food health ratings, product description, picture insertion and other tools. We want to make sure that we provide canteen administrators with the flexibility to label and describe each product correctly, helping parents understand what their kids eat.
Community
We believe that by working together as a community and sharing skills and knowledge, we can advance the values and partnerships that strengthen our society.
Environment
Helping to reduce food wastage in school canteens is part of a bigger picture. We believe that saving energy, water, food and looking after the environment is our responsibility.
Volunteerism
We believe in the power of volunteers and that volunteers can do what big organisations cannot achieve.
History
School24 started as a community project to help a local school when online ordering for school canteens was unheard-off.
With more than six years of experience in providing online ordering for schools, School24 is now a proven provider that is well established in the school community.
The System
Our system was built from the ground up. This allows us to have full control over the system and to give our canteen administrators all the flexibility they need in setting up their own menu and customising the system to suit their taste and need.
The team
School24 team has a mix of background experience in tuckshop management, system administration, database administration, web development, IT consulting and Web User Design.
Our motivation
Our motivation and passion for this service is shown in the development work we continue to do, the innovation we believe in and the customer support we provide!
